Dear is a distributed digital-enterprise-access network across Africa and the Americas. Each Dear is a lightweight local front door into one shared system — one codebase, one registry, one Commons, one set of tools — able to launch useful, stay fresh without a fellow, and become more active when a fellow or local partner is assigned.
